Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and engraved products cannot be modified, canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun. Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details, including spelling, dates, and customization selections, before submitting an order. Between The Pages Boutique is not responsible for customer-provided errors.

Purchases are subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of many of our products, refunds and exchanges are generally not available except for items that arrive damaged or are lost during transit.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may be subject to additional shipping charges.
