Processing Times
Many of our products are handmade, made-to-order, personalized, or custom engraved. Because of this, processing times may vary by item.

In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days

Custom or personalized items typically ship within 5–10 business days

During holidays, sales events, and peak shopping seasons, processing times may be longer
Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before shipment and does not include transit time.
Shipping Methods
We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, and other major carriers. Shipping options and rates are displayed during checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Typical transit times:

Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Photos of the damaged item(s)

Photos of the shipping packaging
We will review the claim and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or other resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures

Additional shipping charges may apply if the package must be re-shipped

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may be refunded minus original shipping charges, or re-shipped at the customer's expense
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
International Shipping
At this time, Between The Pages Boutique ships only within the United States unless otherwise stated.
If international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
