Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Some products offered by Between The Pages Boutique may be available as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how these purchase options may be changed or canceled.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize Between The Pages Boutique to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan and frequency you select.

Subscription orders automatically renew unless canceled before the next renewal date.

Managing Your Subscription

You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time before your next renewal is processed.

Links to manage your subscription may be included in your order confirmation and subscription emails. You may also contact us at support@betweenthepagesboutique.com for assistance.

Subscription Renewals

Your payment method will be automatically charged on each renewal date unless your subscription has been canceled before processing occurs.

Once a subscription renewal has been processed and the order has entered fulfillment, production, or shipment preparation, that month's subscription order cannot be canceled.

Subscription Cancellations

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals only. It does not automatically refund previously processed payments or shipped subscription orders.

Refunds & Exchanges

Subscription purchases are subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy. Due to the curated, custom, and made-to-order nature of many subscription products, refunds and exchanges are generally not available except for items that arrive damaged or are lost during transit.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, Between The Pages Boutique may offer products for pre-order. A pre-order allows you to reserve an item that is not currently in stock or has not yet been released.

Depending on the product, we may collect full payment, a partial deposit, or authorization of your payment method at the time of purchase.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund any time before production begins or before the item has entered fulfillment.

Once a pre-order item has entered production, customization, engraving, fulfillment, or shipment preparation, the order may no longer be canceled.

If a pre-order item is significantly delayed or becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated ship dates for pre-orders are provided as guidelines only and are subject to change. We are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping carriers, production issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once a pre-order item has been delivered, it is subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Custom & Personalized Products

Many products sold by Between The Pages Boutique are custom-made, personalized, laser engraved, printed on demand, or otherwise created specifically for each customer.

Custom and personalized products cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or is lost during transit.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before submitting an order.
