Refund & Exchange Policy

At Between the Pages Boutique, each item is carefully created, sourced, or personalized just for you. Because of the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost packages).

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of any damaged items and packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Blind Date with a Book products
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
  • Any item that has been used or altered after delivery

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
